Conceptually, the app is great. However, it suffers from major problems with usability. My phone, a Note 9, struggles with performance after leaving the app running for a while, or when doing anything in it. Some parts of what you are supposed to do in the app is also unclear, and there is no guide or tutorial to teach you what to do, despite prompting for user interaction. It took me a while to realise that defibrillating required you to hold it for longer than just when it goes deep red.

This is the application that I am looking for! Concept is awesome. But FPS is decreasing and the device overheats whenever I inject more than one medication or hormones. That means this app has optimisation problems even though I have Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset that is unbeatable. I think that multiple processes are stacking cpu which causes optimisation problems. This app needs an update immediately.

There are a lot of unfortunate bugs that make the game difficult, the majority of which seem to revolve around the creation of the original state. Every time I try to create a healthy person, I end up with an emergency state instead. Perhaps if these bugs are fixed, I'll be able to give this five stars, but at the moment, it only deserves three.
