Scraps - Notes from Your Day · 更新记录

Added a first-run introduction and simple progressive on-boarding.

Added locations and photo contents to search. Find photos by what they show or the text they contain, with on-device processing and highlighted results you can jump between.

Added optional iNaturalist observations alongside each day's writing. Enter your username to see public observations and open them in iNaturalist.

Grouped optional sources under "Little extras" in Settings, with clearer access controls and photo and music permission requests only when you choose to enable them.

Brought "Little extras" (photos, places, music, and iNaturalist observations) beneath today's writing.
