There is no PillsCheck account, no PillsCheck server, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs. Your data lives on your iPhone and, with iCloud sync on, in your own iCloud - tied to your Apple ID, out of our reach, waiting on your next iPhone. Prefer fully offline? Switch sync off and remove every record from iCloud with one button. You can lock the app behind Face ID or Touch ID. Your health data is yours - full stop.

WHO IT'S FOR
PillsCheck is built for people who take medications they cannot afford to forget - chronic prescriptions, hormone schedules, post-surgery regimens, fertility treatments, anything where missing a dose costs you something. It is not a doctor's dashboard, a pharmacy integration, or a clinical decision tool. It will not interpret prescriptions, calculate dosage, or warn about drug interactions. It will quietly, relentlessly help you remember.

A FEW HONEST NOTES
High-importance alarms rely on iOS AlarmKit and the permission you grant during setup; if AlarmKit isn't available or authorized, they still escalate as repeated notifications. PillsCheck also does not share access with caregivers or import from Apple Health. If those are essential to you today, this app may not be the right fit yet. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
PillsCheck requires an auto-renewing subscription - there is no free tier. Plans are $0.99/month or $9.99/year (prices may vary by region), each starting with a 7-day free trial. Everything described above is included; there are no separate purchases inside the app. Renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
