Bizaxl Hospitality Frontdesk

Bizaxl Front Desk is the staff app for properties running Bizaxl Hospitality on their own server. It puts the desk's daily work — arrivals, departures, the room rack, folios and the night audit — on an iPhone or iPad that agents can carry, instead of tying every action to the terminal behind the counter.

Every property runs its own server. Staff enter their property's address once at sign-in; nothing is shared between properties, and no guest information passes through us.

THE FRONT DESK
• Today — arrivals, departures and in-house guests, with the day's exceptions surfaced rather than buried
• Check-in — guest details, address and identity document particulars, with the name checked against the booking
• Walk-ins — take a guest from door to assigned room without a booking
• Room rack — live room status across floors, with housekeeping state
• Folios — post charges, apply discounts, and settle by cash, card, UPI or bank transfer
• Guest services — requests and their queues, from raised to resolved

MANAGER
• Rates — nightly rate management with per-date detail
• Revenue and forecast — occupancy and revenue at a glance
• Oversight — night audit and the exception queue, including anything the desk escalated

BUILT FOR THE DESK
• Runs on iPhone and iPad
• English and Kannada throughout
• The session token is held in the iOS Keychain
• Discounts posted against a folio, with the property's own ceiling applied by its server

REQUIREMENTS
This app is not usable on its own. It is a client for a property's Bizaxl Hospitality site, and it needs the site address plus a staff account on that site. Contact your property's administrator for both.
