Mileage: Business Trip Tracker

Mileage keeps a record of every business trip and works out what you can claim.

Enter the odometer reading at the start and end of each trip, and Mileage does the rest. It works out the distance and the claim, and keeps a running total for your tax or financial year. Readings that follow on from one trip to the next make your log easy to back up if your tax authority or employer ever asks.

KNOW WHAT YOU CAN CLAIM
Your year's total sits at the top of the app, with the distance and trips behind it. Set the rate you're allowed to claim, including a lower rate after a set distance and a rate for each passenger, and choose when your year starts. Miles or kilometres, in your own currency. In the UK, HMRC's approved rates are already built in, including the rates for motorcycles and bicycles. You see what a trip is worth before you save it.

LOG A TRIP IN SECONDS
Save the routes you drive often and they fill in the route, reason and usual distance for you. Keep the places and reasons you use, and they're a tap away. Log the way back with one tap, and Mileage links it to the way out. You can also log a saved journey from the home screen widget or with Siri.

YOUR YEAR AT A GLANCE
See your claim month by month and vehicle by vehicle, with personal and commuting miles kept separate. Archive a year once it's claimed, so your list only shows what's current.

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
