FIJI VMS FISCAL INVOICES
Create an invoice, fiscalise it through the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service Virtual Management System (VMS / TaxCore) and share it with your customer. The SDC number, counter and verification details are shown on the invoice, and you can see at a glance which invoices are waiting for VMS.

POINT OF SALE ON IPAD
Turn an iPad into a till. Scan barcodes with the camera or a scanner, take cash with change, card on your EFTPOS machine, M-PAiSA or MyCash, or charge a customer's account, and split a sale across them. Every sale is fiscalised through VMS and prints an 80mm receipt with the VMS details and QR code on a network or Bluetooth printer, and the cash drawer opens. Shifts, cash counts, refunds and reprints are built in, and each cashier only sees what their role allows.

VAT AND FRCS
See your VAT return box by box, drill into the transactions behind each figure, and open the FRCS Online input schedule when it is time to file. VAT is worked out by the Fisko server so the numbers match the website.

PAYROLL WITH PAYE AND FNPF
Prepare and approve pay runs, review every payslip with the PAYE working shown step by step, and see FNPF and levies for each employee. Open the Payday file and FNPF schedule when you file. Employees can look up their own payslips and request leave.

SNAP RECEIPTS
Photograph a receipt, type the total, choose the vendor and what you paid with, and save. The photo is kept with the expense.

BANKING AND RECONCILIATION
See your bank, cash and card accounts, match or categorise statement lines, add transactions and reconcile an account in a few taps.

APPROVALS
Invoices and other documents waiting for sign-off appear in one list. Approve or send back with a note, and get a notification when a request needs you.
