Your best work needs your full attention. Daily Deep Work helps you give it: one task, one timer, and an honest record of every day.
Deep work is the skill of holding your attention on a single hard task. It is how difficult, valuable things get made, and it is becoming rare. Like a muscle, it only grows when you train it.
This is the training log. Nothing more, and nothing in the way.
START
Name the one thing you will work on. Your past intents appear as you type, so a task you return to takes one tap, and its planned duration comes with it. Choose how long, from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Begin. You can also start from Shortcuts or by asking Siri.
SIT
The timer shows the time, your task, and one thin line of progress, with the time remaining beneath it. Tap the timer to swap the two. No milestones. No stats. Nothing to check. Your session stays on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you never have to open the app to see where you are.
ACCOUNT
When you finish, rate your focus in one tap and note what came of it. That is the whole review.
REMEMBER
Every day is recorded: completed, abandoned, or missed. The calendar shows months of work at a glance. Nothing is hidden, and nothing is scored.
NO STREAKS. NO GUILT.
Streaks punish you for one bad day. This app does not keep them. A missed day is only a missed day, and you can always begin again.
