The KTBSonline mobile app extends the power of our online solution so that you have instant access to your essential benefits and payroll solution:


• Enroll in benefits: Elect your benefits during open enrollment or when you are first hired.

• Update your benefits: Make changes to your benefits outside of open enrollment for certain life qualifying events.

• View your benefits ID cards: Be able to quickly show proof of insurance to doctors and care providers.

• View your benefits coverage details: Have the details of your benefits at your fingertips so you can verify your plan details and know who is covered.

• Email proof of insurance: Be able to quickly email your proof of insurance to a doctor if you don’t have the physical card.

• Review your pay stubs: View your 3 most recent pay stubs to track income, taxes, and deductions.

• Review your W2: View and download your most recent W2 so that you can easily access it when you are doing your taxes.

• Upload supporting documentation: In order to complete enrollments, be able to upload or take pictures of supporting documentation.

• Manage your personal information: Keep your personal information like your mailing address up to date.
