CoachReach: College Recruiting

Every college coach's email, in one app. 76,000+ coaches at 2,000+ schools: NCAA D1, D2, D3, NAIA and junior colleges, every sport. Find the right coaches, email them in minutes, and see who opens your profile.

Coaches recruit the athletes who reach out. CoachReach makes reaching out take minutes instead of hours, with no middleman between you and the coach.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Build your athlete profile and publish it as a web page.
2. Pick coaches from the directory. AI drafts a personal intro for each one.
3. Send from your own email app (Mail, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail or Spark), then watch replies and profile views roll into your pipeline.

FIND THE RIGHT COACHES
• Search 2,000+ schools and 76,000+ coaches by sport, state, division and role.
• See every coach on a staff: head coach, assistants, recruiting coordinators.
• Save target schools to your list with one tap.

EMAIL THEM IN MINUTES
• AI writes a personalized intro email for each coach from your profile, in the tone you choose.
• Send with Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail or Spark, or copy the email into any mail app. It opens prefilled with the coach's address, subject and a link to your profile. You read it, edit it, and hit send. Coaches get a normal email from you, not from a platform.
• A follow-up reminder is set automatically one week later so no coach goes cold.

CAMPS AND ROSTERS
• College prospect and ID camps by sport, with dates, who can attend, the cost and the official registration link.
• Projected roster openings: how many seniors and graduate students each program has at your position, counted from official rosters.

SEE WHO VIEWED YOUR PROFILE
• Build your athlete profile: sport, position, class year, measurables, GPA and test scores, club team, highlight video links.
• Publish it as a shareable web page and send the link in every email.
• When a coach opens your link, CoachReach shows you which coach, from which school, and when.
