Tono is a pre-send communication coach for messages that need the right tone. Type or paste a draft, then choose Warmer, Clearer, Funnier, or Safer to get practical rewrites before you send.

Paste a message you received and Tono identifies the direct request, any stated deadline, and material ambiguity without inventing missing details.

USE TONO WHERE YOU WRITE
• Tono app: coach drafts and compare rewrites.
• Custom keyboard: type normally, then explicitly tap Coach when you want online help.
• Share Sheet: send selected text to Tono from another app.
• iMessage extension: coach a draft inside Messages.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Tono does not passively transmit keystrokes. Draft text is sent over an encrypted connection only after you explicitly request Coach or Read the Ask. Basic keyboard typing and on-device typing assistance continue without an online coaching request. Memory and recipient preferences remain under your control in the app.
