Macro Tracker is a calm, offline-first nutrition and weight-trend tracker designed for everyday consistency.
• Set editable calorie and macro targets from a guided goal plan, including custom macros.
• Log meals with saved foods, USDA foods, branded foods, barcode scanning, quick add, and custom entries.
• Review optional AI-assisted estimates from a photo, typed description, or voice note before anything is logged.
• Track weigh-ins, view smoothed trends, and see confidence-aware expenditure estimates.
• Set meal and medication reminders, track medications, and invite trusted friends to a private Circle with control over which progress signals you share.
Your diary, exact weight, calories, photos, measurements, email, and raw account data are never shared with friends. Nutrition data and AI estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify entries. Macro Tracker supports general wellness and is not medical advice.
