Inbox Job Tracker

Applied to dozens of jobs and lost track of who replied?

Your mailbox already holds the answers. InboxJobTracker turns scattered recruiting mail into one timeline per application, on your iPhone.

See the employer, the role, and how far each application got — confirmation, assessment, interview, decision — each stage showing the sentence it rests on, with the message itself one tap away.

READS CONTEXT, NOT JUST KEYWORDS

"We are unable to move forward with your application" contains a textbook advancement phrase and is a refusal. "Successful candidates move on to a video interview" describes a process and offers nothing. A layoff letter reads exactly like a rejection and answers no application at all.

So this does not search for keywords. Rules that run on your phone read the context around them — a negation, a condition, a third-person subject — and every one of those rules exists because a real email was once filed wrongly.

ON YOUR IPHONE

Your mail is fetched over an encrypted read-only connection. Nothing is marked as read, moved or deleted.

Classifying happens on the device and needs no network of its own: fetching new mail needs a connection, deciding what it means does not. It costs nothing and works without a subscription.

OPTIONAL AI REVIEW

A few messages a week are genuinely ambiguous. With the subscription, those — and a rotating sample of the ones the rules were confident about, because a confidently wrong verdict never asks for help — are reviewed by an AI.

What is sent for that review: the subject, the sender, and the one sentence the verdict rests on. Not the message body, which the app does not keep, and never your mailbox.

Anything still uncertain is put to you, showing both readings and the sentence in dispute. Your answer is final and is never overwritten.

FREE

• Reading your mailbox and classifying it on the device
