L4 was created by Kristi Cline (LeBeau), LPC, an EMDR trainer, consultant, trauma-informed psychotherapist, clinical director, and founder of LeBeau Love. The platform grew from needs observed in clinical practice, supervision, consultation, and professional training.

L4 is intended for mental health professionals and trainees.
