Altra: Alter Ego Method

Who do you need to be today? Altra (formerly known as PersonaOS) lets you reinvent how you show up through the power of daily alter egos.

Built on the psychological concept of the Alter Ego Effect, Altra is your space for a deliberate, delusion-based glow up. Instead of waiting to feel ready or fighting self-doubt, you step into a character who already has the confidence, poise, and standard you need for the moment.

Discover curated archetypes crafted for every side of your life - channel The Valedictorian to romanticize quiet library focus, The Exec to command respect without apologizing, That Girl to reset your daily wellness rituals, or It Girl to bring effortless magnetism into any room.
Or make your own custom persona.

Immerse yourself completely in her world:

• Living Moodboards: Interactive sticker canvases that visually anchor who you're embodying.

• Daily Affirmations: Swipeable mindset cards tailored to how each persona speaks and thinks.

• Cinematic Backstories: Short narrative scenes designed to help you visualize your best version in action before stepping out.

• Daily Rituals: Grounding habits that match the standard of who you want to become.

• Custom Personas: Cut out subjects from your camera roll to turn your personal vision board into an active character.

Stop overthinking. Step into your alter ego today.
