Pink Cat: Cat Translator

Pink Cat translates your cat's meow, purr, or call. Tap Record when your cat makes a sound, then tap Stop: Pink Cat names the sound and tells you what your cat is likely saying. Recording, naming and saving work on every iPhone, with a short read for each kind of sound. With Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer, turned on), the read is written for that exact sound and your note.

WHAT IT DOES
- Tap Record near your cat, then tap Stop
- Pink Cat names the sound (meow, purr or cat sound) and shows its pitch, length and how sure it is
- With Apple Intelligence, it writes one line on what your cat is likely saying, from the sound and your note. Other iPhones get a short read for each kind of sound
- Add an optional note ("by the food bowl", "after I came home")
- Every translation is saved with its recording, so you can play it back
- Year of cat: a grid of every translation you save
- A widget with your latest translation for the Lock Screen or Home Screen
- Everything stays on your device

WHAT YOU NEED
- Microphone access, to hear your cat
- For the written read: iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on, on iPhone 15 Pro or newer, iPad with M1 or later, or iPad mini with A17 Pro
- On other devices, Pink Cat says why and gives the short read instead
