HMS Scanner

HMS Scanner is the room-scanning companion for HMS (Home Management Suite), the platform for home-watch and property-management companies.
Using the LiDAR sensor on your iPhone Pro or iPad Pro, HMS Scanner captures a room in seconds: walls with true dimensions, doors, windows, openings, and detected fixtures and furniture (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). When you finish, the floor plan travels straight to your HMS account in the browser — no files, no manual steps — where it becomes a calibrated plan with room zones, quantity takeoffs (paint, baseboard, trim, ceilings, floors) and quotes.
HOW IT WORKS
• Open the scanner from HMS in Safari (or launch the app directly).
• Walk the room pointing the camera at the walls.
• Name the room and tap "Send to HMS": Safari opens your plan, already drawn.
• You can also export the survey as JSON or share the 3D model (USDZ) via AirDrop.
BILLABLE MEASUREMENTS, NOT GUESSES
RoomPlan delivers true metric dimensions: wall heights, door and window widths, and per-element confidence. HMS uses them to quantify and quote real work.
REQUIREMENTS
• iPhone Pro or iPad Pro with a LiDAR sensor (iOS 17 or later).
• An HMS account to receive plans (scanning and file export work without an account).
HMS Scanner collects no personal data: scans are processed on-device and sent only to your own HMS account when you choose to.
