Hexmarrow is an offline firmware inspection desk for Intel HEX and related formats.

Validate records and checksums, decode addresses, review overlaps/gaps, and study a text Firmware Notes set. Build 3 removes all shared atlas imagery so this binary no longer resembles plate-pack gallery apps.

Built for embedded engineers—not a lighthouse game or chemistry ledger.
