Wadzoo

Off-market deals, and the investors behind them.

Wadzoo is where real estate investors find off-market property and the people who have it. Browse deals near you on the map, see what other investors are working on, and message them directly. Upload your own properties and post to the feed for free.

FIND PROPERTIES — Off-market deals you won't see on the big listing sites. Photos, asking price, ARV, repair estimates, rent and cap rate, all on one screen.

MEET INVESTORS — See who is investing near you, read what they're working on, and start a conversation. Wholesalers, flippers, landlords and agents, all in one place.

MESSAGE DIRECTLY — Reach sellers and other investors inside Wadzoo. No third-party apps, no chasing phone numbers.

POST AND UPLOAD — Share a deal you're selling, ask the feed a question, or show off a finished flip. Free members can post and upload properties.

GO ANYWHERE — With Wadzoo Pro, move your location to any city in the country and see every property, investor and post there.

SET YOUR BUY BOX — Tell Wadzoo what you buy and get told when a matching property is listed.

SHARE ANYTHING — Send a property, post or profile to anyone, in or out of the app.

Free members see properties within 60 miles of home, with addresses and seller contact hidden. Wadzoo Pro opens the full map.
