AtlasHomeCare is a secure medical documentation tool developed exclusively for use by licensed healthcare professionals within hospitals and clinics in Thailand.
This app enables hospital staff to record vital signs, outpatient visit data, and treatment notes — all linked to official hospital systems such as HOSxP.
Data entry is manual and staff-controlled. Bluetooth (BLE) and AI features appear in the interface but are disabled in the current version. These will be available in future updates after clinical validation.
Key Features
Structured OPD Visit Records: Link each entry with time, provider ID, and hospital department
Vitals Tracking: Blood pressure, oxygen (SpO2), and temperature — manually entered by staff
AI Draft Summary: Optional draft generation based on staff voice notes (not used for diagnosis)
Access Control: Login required. Only pre-approved users may access patient data
System Integration: Optional connection with hospital health systems (e.g. HOSxP)

No data collected without explicit user consent
No background data tracking
All data encrypted in transit and at rest
Designed for documentation use only; not for public or personal use

All AI and ICD entries are for documentation only and must be verified by medical staff
Although the app includes ICD-10 and ICD-9 codes, these are used solely for documentation purposes by authorized staff. The app does not assist in clinical decision-making.
Note:
AtlasHomeCare is developed in collaboration with HOSxP to support hospital-based medical workflows.
BLE and AI support are present in the code but currently disabled — marked for future release.
