LOG IN UNDER 5 SECONDS
Mira's quick-log flow gets out of your way. Pick a habit, rate your mood on a 1–6 scale, add optional details, and you're done. The scale is deliberately even — no hiding behind "neutral." Every entry is a small act of honest self-reflection.
