TrueHands

Know your horse. Track your progress. Keep your stable connected.

TrueHands brings horse measurements, ride tracking, fitness, daily care and your riding community together in one app.

HORSE MEASUREMENTS — PATENT PENDING

Measure your horse using your phone with patent-pending LiDAR measurement technology on supported devices. Guided captures help you position your horse and phone for height and body measurements, with weight estimates and manual entry options. Save measurements, review changes over time and keep a history for each horse. Built-in instructions and a horse anatomy guide help you get started.

RIDE TRACKING — IPHONE & APPLE WATCH

Record rides from your iPhone or Apple Watch, including Watch rides without your phone nearby that sync back afterward. Assign each ride to a horse and review its route, distance, total time, moving and stopped time, average speed and maximum speed.

Explore estimated gait time and distance for walking, trotting, cantering and galloping, plus elevation changes and turning statistics. Calibrate gait speed ranges for each horse to make tracking more useful for your riding style.

HORSE FITNESS & GOALS

Turn ride history into a clearer picture of your horse’s activity. Review total rides, hours, distance, gait breakdowns, personal bests and comparisons with previous rides. Switch between week, month and year views to explore your progress.

Set goals for ride count, time or distance for each horse. Create named ride goals for time, distance or multiple gait targets, and follow your progress while riding in the app, on Apple Watch and in the iPhone Lock Screen Live Activity. Use a previous ride’s statistics to create your next goal.

Export fitness summaries as branded PDFs or share progress with your riding community.

YOUR HORSES, ORGANIZED

Create individual horse profiles with photos, details, measurements, ride history and events. Keep photo galleries, documents, feeding instructions, diet history, care contacts and costs organized around the horse they belong to.

Save competition results and other milestones alongside everyday records, so your horse’s story stays together.

CARE, CALENDAR & REMINDERS

Plan one-time or recurring appointments for farrier visits, dental care, veterinary visits, vaccines, medication and more. Add an appointment to multiple horses, choose a repeat interval in days, weeks or months, and set an optional reminder.

See upcoming care from your Home screen and horse profiles. Farrier and scheduled dental visits show countdowns, with overdue appointments highlighted. Reschedule an upcoming recurring appointment and future dates follow the new schedule.

CONNECT & SHARE

Find friends, exchange private messages and create riding groups. Add a group photo, share updates in the group feed and plan rides together.

Build your Social profile with photos, posts, results and shared horses. Choose which horse details, measurements, rides, events and gallery photos others can see. Shared horse information updates as you maintain your records.

Choose public, friends-only or private profile visibility. Report inappropriate users, posts or images and control notifications for messages, friend requests, group invitations and appointment reminders.

TRY PREMIUM FREE

Measurement and weight results are estimates. LiDAR features require a compatible device. GPS-based gait, elevation and turning statistics are estimates and depend on location accuracy.
