Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) pre task planning is a critical component of all safety programs. However, each day thousands of workers bypass this important step in their set up due to the inconvenience of having the paper form in hand at their task location. This app is designed to run on your iOS devices making the JHA process accessible to all on the devices you are already carrying with you. It standardizes the form so all on your team will be working from the same platform. All submissions are 100% digital eliminating the need for file cabinets and job boxes full of needless reports and paper. If you report an incident that occurred during the task a text box appears allowing you to forward details to supervisors for same day alert of the incident. The completed JHA is sent to whomever you select via email creating same day communication keeping all on your team in the loop of your safety record and process.
