Daily readiness, health trends and personal patterns are available free. Reasons Within Plus adds later Weekly Reviews, Monthly Reviews, review and pattern history, and eligible recovery forecasts and Bio Age trends. Some insights require sufficient recorded history, including with Plus.

Health analysis happens on your iPhone. You choose whether to export or share a review and whether to enable optional usage and diagnostic analytics. Health values and personal notes are not included in those analytics. No account is required.
