Keep contractor records

Save contractors with their trade, company, phone, email, and notes. When a contractor performs work, attach them to the maintenance record so you can quickly see what they handled in the past.

Map your electrical panel

Tobi includes a digital circuit breaker panel schedule designed to match a real residential breaker box. Add labels, model single-pole, tandem, double-pole, and combined circuits, and mark each circuit as verified, unverified, or incorrect.

That way, anyone in the household can see which labels are trusted and which ones still need to be checked.

Share with your household

Invite your whole household so everyone can view and update the same maintenance log, contractor history, and electrical panel. Owners can manage household members, while invited members get full access without needing their own separate subscription.

Stay reminded

Tobi can remind you when maintenance is due, overdue, or coming up soon. Assigned tasks notify the right person, while unassigned tasks can notify the household. You can also snooze reminders to a future date when the timing is not right.

Works offline

Maintenance information stays viewable offline, so you can still check your panel or update records while standing in the garage, basement, or utility room. Changes sync when your connection returns.
