Nobody starts a business because they enjoy paperwork. The quotes, the invoices, the receipts and the year end figures still have to be done, but every hour spent on them is an hour you did not bill for. This app is here to turn that hour into a few minutes and then get out of your way.

It runs entirely on your phone. No account, no subscription, no cloud and above all, no reception or WiFi needed.

Quotes, Estimates and Invoices
Pick a client, add your line items, set the dates, save. Subtotal, discount, VAT and grand total update while you type, you dont need to do anything, calculations are done for you. Invoice numbers are issued in sequence automatically, and you can set your own prefix to match the numbering you already use. Quotes are built with the same tools, and an accepted quote becomes an invoice in one tap without retyping a single line.

Invoices move through draft, issued, paid and void. Issued documents are voided rather than deleted, so the record of what you sent stays intact, and every change is timestamped in the invoice history.

Beautifully Crafted Documents
Enter your business details and upload your logo once, and they appear on every invoice and quote after that. Preview the finished PDF, then send it by email, WhatsApp, Messages or anything else installed on your phone. The PDF is generated on the device, so it works in a basement, a loft, or a van with no signal.

Expenses and Receipts
Enter the amount, pick a category, attach up to five photos of the receipt. Pinch to zoom when you need to read the small print later. Deductible VAT is captured at the moment you enter the expense, which is far easier than reconstructing it months afterwards.

Prices and Clients
Import clients from your phone contacts. Keep a catalogue of the work and materials you charge for, with default prices and tax rates, and set an agreed price for a specific client when you have one. Stop typing your call out fee from memory every time.

Profit and Loss Reporting
The reports tab shows revenue, expenses, net profit, paid against unpaid, spend by category, and a month by month trend. View it across all time, a calendar year, or your own financial year.

Doing Your Own Accounts? Double Entry Bookkeeping Is Done For You
Export gives you a full CSV set: invoices, expenses, bank activity, a double entry journal, estimates and products, and an activity log. The journal is genuine double entry, and the debits and credits are checked to balance before the file is written, so it imports into accounting software instead of being re-keyed by hand. Cleaner figures usually mean less of your accountant's time, and a smaller bill for you, or you can do your own submissions.

Your Data Always Stays With You
Most importantly your data never, ever, leaves your device. Your data is encrypted on the device and the key is held in the system keychain. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. You can export a password protected backup file, keep it wherever you choose, and restore it on a new phone. It's your data therefore it's only right you have complete control over it.

Worth Knowing
Because there is no cloud, there is nothing syncing between devices and no automatic backup. Take a backup before you change phone. There is no bank feed and no direct filing with HMRC. This is a tool for producing documents, tracking what you have actually been paid, and handing tidy figures to whoever files your return.
