Most people lose twenty minutes of every gym session to their phone. Not to rest, to scrolling. LiftLock is the log that fixes it.
Pick your exercises, hit start, and every other app on your phone is blocked until you finish. No notifications, no feed, no ten-minute rest that was meant to be ninety seconds. Just the set in front of you.
AND IT'S A PROPER LOG
• 151 exercises, each with setup, execution and the mistakes people actually make
• Every set stored, so you always know what you lifted last time
• Per-set weights, for a ramp or a pyramid
• Optional RPE, asked during the rest it earned, one tap
• Personal records, estimated one-rep max, and progression charts per exercise
• Save routines once, load them in a tap
• Rest timer that alerts you with the screen off
IT HAS AN OPINION
LiftLock works out what to do next from what actually happened. Hit the top of your rep range on every set and the weight goes up. Fall short and it holds. Go backwards three sessions running and it suggests a lighter week. Every suggestion shows the reasoning, so you can check it rather than trust it.
It also estimates how recovered you are, from your training load, your rest and, if you connect Apple Health, your sleep and heart rate. The score is a sum you can read factor by factor, not a number from nowhere.
ASK IT THINGS
The coach answers questions about your own training. Why has my bench stopped moving. Am I training my back enough. What should I do today. Answers come from the sessions you logged, and where there isn't enough history it says so rather than guessing.
Tell it what you want and it builds the session: a 45 minute chest day, something for legs that avoids your knees, 30 minutes with only dumbbells. It picks from LiftLock's own exercises, and the weights come from your history.
Point the camera at a machine and it names it and shows you how to use it.
