Everything sent on Whisper is end-to-end encrypted. Here is what that means in practice.
When you pair with someone, your two phones agree on a key that only the two of you have. It is created on your devices and never sent to us.
Everything you send is locked with that key before it leaves your phone, and only your person's phone can open it. What passes through our servers is a sealed package we have no way to read.
Once a message is seen, it disappears from our servers.
