How it works
1. No store typing, ever
You never tell CardPilot “I’m at Harris Teeter” or “I’m at Costco.” The app does not ask you to search or type the store name.
2. On‑device location only while you use the app
CardPilot uses your iPhone’s location only while the app is open to detect which store you’re at and what kind of place it is (groceries, gas, big‑box, pharmacy, etc.).
Your location is used on‑device to pick the right card and is not needed in the background.
3. Instant best‑card recommendation
Once we know the type of store you’re in, CardPilot compares all the cards you added during setup and highlights one simple answer:
“Use this card here for the highest cashback or rewards.”
4. One tap into Apple Wallet
Tap the recommended card in CardPilot and you’re taken straight to Apple Wallet with that same card, ready to tap and pay.
