Explore charts, highlights, and past notes for each area. On supported iPhones, optional Apple Intelligence reflections bring together your ratings and notes to help you look back. These features require iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence enabled and available.

Add a Home Screen widget to see your latest check-in at a glance. Choose light, dark, or system appearance in the app.

PERSONAL AND PRIVATE

No account. No ads. Your entries stay on your device and sync through your own iCloud when enabled. Intelligent reflections are created on your iPhone.
