United CHAT is a messenger built for people who take privacy seriously - not as a marketing word, but as the way the app is engineered from the ground up.

No phone number. No email. No username stored on our servers. The network that carries your messages has no idea who you are.

HOW YOUR MESSAGES ARE PROTECTED
- Two layers of encryption. Every message is end-to-end encrypted in transit; your photos, videos, voice notes and documents are then encrypted a SECOND time, at rest on your device, with a separate cipher.
- End-to-end encryption on the SimpleX protocol - a modern Double Ratchet design with post-quantum key exchange. Only you and the person you're talking to can read anything.
- No user identifiers in transport. There is no account directory to leak, and no social graph to seize.
- Optional Tor routing - keep your IP address away from the relay.
- Per-contact security codes - verify in person that no one is sitting in the middle of your conversation.

TRANSLATION & VOICE THAT STAY ON YOUR PHONE
- Live conversation translation, on-device (iOS 18 or later). Write in your language; your contact reads every message in theirs - and the other way around. The translation runs entirely on your phone, so the text is NEVER sent to a translation server. 11 languages: Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian and Turkish.
- Masked voice notes. Record a voice message and have it pitch-shifted on your own device before it's sent - your real voice never leaves the phone.

HOW YOUR PHONE IS PROTECTED
- App lock with an 8-digit passcode, plus an optional high-security mode that keeps your database key behind Face ID / Touch ID.
- Duress code. A separate 12-digit emergency code typed on the lock screen instantly wipes everything, on the spot, with no network needed.
- Optional server-assisted key. When you turn it on, your database key is split between your device and our server, so a stolen phone in airplane mode is just cipher…
