First things focus is a powerful gatekeeper for families. Set up your child's device so that homework, reading, or educational apps must be completed before games, YouTube, or social media become available. The passcode protection means kids can't disable it, and the app lock prevents them from changing the rules. You set the standard; First things focus holds the line.

First things focus works just as well as a personal accountability tool. Build a morning ritual — meditation, journaling, exercise tracking — and keep the rest of your phone locked until you've shown up for yourself.

• Build multi-step unlock sequences with as many steps as you need
• Choose Per Day mode to unlock for the whole day once goals are met
• Or use Per Session mode to pay the toll every time the phone is picked up
• Schedule active days so weekends or holidays stay open
• Protect settings with a passcode so rules can't be bypassed

HOW IT WORKS
First things focus uses Apple's Screen Time framework to apply restrictions at the system level. When locked, every app that isn't part of the ritual is behind a shield — until every goal is met and the time is earned.
