It is an integrated system that combines a student information management system with an e-education system. Its goal is to handle all personal information of students, in addition to information such as universities, courses, each tuition payment, teaching resources, academic reports, etc. Not to mention the operations and other related activities in the e-education part that are dedicated to the communication between teachers and students through sending e-lectures, receiving reports, online exams, etc.

Because it collects all academic information related to students in university courses and their exam details, and knows that all the above-mentioned information will be available for students and their guardians, and in addition, for all administrative and teaching staff to use equally.

This system facilitates the discovery of all academic activities and changes that occur in the university due to changes in students' grades and situations, and provides various reports to illustrate these changes, while allowing students' guardians to understand their children's academic situations through the international network (via email).
