Text Menu Bar is a lightweight macOS menu bar app that shows short text right in your menu bar, always visible at a glance without getting in the way. It comes with built-in collections such as wisdom quotes, and also lets you add your own text for reminders, motivation, or personal notes.

You can turn individual content collections on or off, type in new entries manually, or import your own collections from CSV files. Short text stays fixed in place, while longer text scrolls smoothly across the menu bar so the full line remains readable.
