Upreps: Workout Alarm Clock

The snooze stays locked until you move.

Upreps is an alarm clock with one rule: to turn it off, you do a short physical mission. Ten push-ups. Twenty squats. A thirty-second plank. You record it on your own phone, and the app checks that you actually did it.

Ignore it and it comes back. Every two minutes, up to ten times, then it stops. Relentless enough to get you up, bounded so it cannot follow you through your day.

HOW A MORNING WORKS

The alarm rings through silent mode and Focus. You pick up the phone, prop it against something, and the mission starts. Thirty seconds of recording. The AI looks at what you did and decides. Then the alarm is done, and so are you — awake, upright, and already moving.

NO JUDGEMENT

Verification errs towards accepting a real effort rather than rejecting one. When it cannot decide, you confirm the morning yourself. There is a Recovery Day for when your body needs one, and taking it does not break anything.

YOUR RECORDINGS STAY ON YOUR PHONE

There is no Upreps account and no server holding your mornings. Clips are deleted after 30 days, or immediately if you turn storage off. With AI verification on, a handful of still frames are sent to be judged and nothing is kept.
