Data can be synced and shared via the iCloud server. Some of the above functions require a subscription or a lifetime license.
Regarding subscriptions:
Once the purchase is confirmed, the payment will be deducted from your Apple ID account. It will automatically renew unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to the account settings in the App Store after purchase.
