Kairosophe is a calendar of reasons to celebrate. A calendar usually tells you what you have to do; this one tells you what's worth celebrating.

My daughter and I made it to notice the good days, starting with the ones that are personal to you. Add your own dates (birthdays, anniversaries, the day someone arrived or something began) and Kairosophe surfaces every reason they come back around: a year, a round 1,000 days, a pretty number, the same date in another calendar. Around them it also notices the wider patterns: new years from many traditions, holidays, name days, full moons and solstices.

It's the ·sophe family's way of adding a little wisdom (sophía) to specific days, so the meaningful ones don't slip past unnoticed.

The same app runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac (in the menu bar) and Apple Watch, with widgets and complications showing the next reason to celebrate. Browse month by month, or just glance. It can import from and export to the iOS calendar, and save personal dates to CSV for faster editing. Ask Siri to add a date or tell you what's coming up, right from your iPhone or Apple Watch.
