YOUR DRINKS, IN THEIR OWN TIME

Pourtime is a personal drink journal with live pacing. Record what you drank and when you drank it, then see your logged consumption over the course of a session.

LIVE DRINKING PACE
Average pace rises when you log another drink and decreases between drinks after the initial five-minute window. It is the total US standard drinks logged divided by elapsed session hours, with a five-minute minimum denominator.

RECENT INTAKE
See the US standard drinks logged in the past 60 minutes, your session total, and elapsed time. One US standard drink contains 14 grams of alcohol. Intake totals are calculated from the volume and ABV you enter.

TIMESTAMPED DRINK LOG
Add beer, wine, spirits, or another beverage using common values or your own volume and ABV. Choose the actual consumption time, correct an entry, or record an alcohol-free drink at 0% ABV.

SESSION HISTORY
Tap End & Save to keep a session. When your next drink follows a gap of eight hours or more, Pourtime saves the previous log and starts another. Review pacing charts, drink details, estimated calories, and daily logged-intake patterns.

OPTIONAL PROFILE
Add a name and photo if you like. No weight, biological-sex information, or account is required to log drinks.

PRIVACY
Drink logs and your optional profile are stored on your device. Pourtime does not send these records to its advertising SDK. The app includes advertising, which may collect device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP addresses, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information. See our privacy policy and App Privacy disclosures for details. Tracking permission is optional.

REMOVE ADS
An optional one-time purchase removes advertising. Existing purchases can be restored.

UNDERSTAND THE METRICS
Pourtime describes your logged consumption history. It does not measure or estimate blood alcohol content, impairment, alcohol remaining in your body, or when you will be sober. A lower pace or an empty past-hour window does not mean you are unimpaired. Never use Pourtime to decide whether to drive or operate machinery.
