WXS ONE

System W is the app your wellness coach uses to work with you between sessions.

Your coach sets up your profile and shares your programme. You get one place to see your measurements, follow your meal plan, build habits, and watch your progress take shape over time.

BODY COMPOSITION IN SECONDS
Pair a compatible Bluetooth smart scale and capture weight, body fat, muscle, hydration and more in a single reading. Save your profile to the scale itself and it recognises you when you step on, with no phone in your hand. Those weigh-ins sync back the next time you open the app, so nothing is lost when you are in a hurry.

PROGRESS YOU CAN READ
Every measurement builds a history worth looking at. Compare across weeks and months, spot the trend behind a single bad morning, and review reports your coach can walk you through in your next session.

HABITS THAT STICK
Build daily habits and challenges around sleep, movement, hydration, journaling, or whatever you are working on right now. Tick them off as you go, keep your streak alive, and share a day or a whole challenge as an image, PDF or QR code when you want someone to see it.

YOUR MEAL PLAN
Follow the plan your coach built for you, with the detail you need at the moment you are deciding what to eat.

WORKING WITH YOUR COACH
Your coach creates your profile from the details you give them, keeps your programme current, and sees the same picture you do. No hunting through message threads for the number you were told last month.

FOR COACHES AND STUDIOS
Look up members, manage your community, run the order calculator and point of sale, and set up new members in a couple of taps. The tools you need on the floor are on the same device as everything else.

WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOES NOT
Studios have thick walls and basements. System W keeps working offline and catches up when you are back on a connection.
