PRIVACY AND SAFETY BY DESIGN
• Raw conversation messages are deleted after 90 days; masked copies are retained for up to 13 months
• Account deletion becomes permanent after a 30-day grace period
• Crisis signals route you to local professional resources
• Couple features are restricted when signals of fear, surveillance, or intimate-partner violence appear
