Posture Pal helps you improve your neck and shoulder posture through the motion sensors in your headphones. You can improve your neck, shoulder and back posture without having to buy additional monitoring devices. All you need is your AirPods*.
Start a Posture cycle and Posture Pal will start monitoring if your neck is tilted and prompt you in the background.
