Health Assistant is deeply integrated with Home Assistant, allowing health data to be updated and kept private without the need for the cloud. Full background synchronization is supported, and health data can be automatically synchronized as long as Home Assistant can be accessed. It includes shortcuts that can be used to create automations with iOS shortcuts and trigger updates manually on demand. Data is sent directly from the iPhone to Home Assistant without the involvement of third-party storage or external servers.
