Transactions are being canceled when user provides wrong trade url or his profile is private.

2. My transactions are still pending, how long should I wait?
Item should be arrived in few minutes if you have provided valid trade url. Sometimes it can take more time, but item will be arrived for sure at the latest within 24 hours.

3. There are only few items available, how often is the delivery of items?
We refill inventory every few minutes, if there are no items available, be patient, we refill inventory for sure.

4. What type of items are available for users?

5. My steam account is restricted from trading and I can't accept the offer
You should wait until restriction is gone and accept offer typically after time, but at this time offer may be canceled and points will be returned.
