CONTACT REVIEW & SWIPE
Review one contact at a time without deleting anything as you go. Choose Keep, Mark for Removal, Make Forever Contact, or Request Info, and use Undo for your latest supported action. Request Info prepares an editable Messages or Mail draft when the contact has a supported destination.

QUICK CONTACT FILTERS
Turn a crowded address book into focused cleanup groups. Find duplicate groups, similar contacts, missing phone numbers or email addresses, locations, contact sources, Corporate Contacts, and other missing-information patterns, then review only the results that matter.

FOREVER CONTACTS
Protect the people you never want mixed into routine cleanup. Forever Contacts stay out of future Cinder review decks. When you approve it, Cinder can also create a separate private iCloud Forever Recovery Snapshot for that contact.

MERGE DUPLICATES SAFELY
Compare likely duplicates before combining anything. Cinder builds a new merged contact from supported details, keeps the originals in Contacts, and only places eligible originals on the Removal List for your later review and confirmation.

BACKUPS & RECOVERY
Create Recovery Snapshots only when you request or approve them; Cinder never runs scheduled or background backups. Keep managed private iCloud history, download .vcf copies, import and export contacts, preview changes, and selectively rebuild supported contact cards.

REMOVAL LIST & FINAL CONFIRMATION
Mark for Removal is only a review decision. Every marked contact stays in Contacts until you open the Removal List, review each choice, continue to Final Confirmation, and approve deletion. Actual contact removal requires Cinder Pro.
