Hey friend! Welcome to Llama Life! Llama Life is designed to help you focus on ONE thing at a time (single-tasking), and to provide just a liiitle more structure (but not too much) to get things done.

We know you’ve been waiting (thank you!) and we’re super excited to bring our community the mobile app, to help you get through your tasks in the fun, whimsical way, that you know and love. It’s the same tool as the desktop version but adapted for mobile so you can have Llama Life on the go.

HOW DOES LLAMA LIFE WORK?

If you’re new here, a big warm hug! (Anddd, where have you been?!)

Llama Life let’s you set a countdown timer on \*every\* task. This concept is called ‘timeboxing’, and the idea is to create a (positive) constraint around the time we have to do something. The goal is to try and give a task 100% of our attention, until the timer runs out. This helps to increase focus, and gives us the mental space to think about ONE thing at a time.

Llama Life also let’s you know your total List Time, and the estimated finishing time, so you can be more aware of time passing, and plan your day.
We also love celebrating the wins, big or small, so very importantly, you get confetti (woo hoo!) when you finish a task. You can also personalize with color and emoji to get lots of variety and keep things fresh!

Llama Life offers a 7-day free trial, with a Monthly or Annual subscription.
