Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is your personal driving assistant that quickly provides you with travel times and route information to your favorite destinations.
One interface shows both your travel time to your destination and current traffic conditions*. Tap once to jump to your favorite navigation app and get turn-by-turn driving directions that have already been calculated.
Taking public transit? No problem. ETA can help. In addition to driving and walking, ETA also provides public transit information (go to http://www.apple.com/ios/feature-availability/#transit to see if this feature is available in your area).
ETA is simple to use and gives you the city navigation information you need. It's also a great helper for your favorite navigation tools (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Navigon, MotionX, and CityMapper).
ETA is an iPhone app that you can view in the Today view of Notification Center and on Apple Watch.
*Traffic conditions are available only in certain countries or regions. Visit this link to see if your country or region supports traffic conditions: https://www.apple.com/cn/ios/feature-availability/#maps-traffic
To allow the complications on your Apple Watch to update continuously, ETA needs to run in the background on your iPhone. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
