Starlog - Pilot Logbook

Starlog is a pilot's logbook — for Maersk
Air Cargo crews flying Navblue Raido rosters, CGN-based and BLL-based.

WHO IT'S FOR

• Starlog currently supports Maersk Air Cargo ONLY — both the
CGN-based and BLL-based operations. The roster sync, FTL pre-checks,
and tax tools are built specifically around them.

• If you fly for a different airline, the Raido roster sync will not
work for you yet — please hold off installing until we add your
operator. Manual logging works for anyone, but the app is tuned for
Maersk Air Cargo today.

WHAT IT DOES

• Logs every flight, simulator session, and ground duty with the exact
Part-FCL columns: PIC / Co-Pilot / Dual / Instructor, Single-Pilot
and Multi-Pilot time, day and night landings, IFR, FSTD sessions,
crew names, and remarks.

• Syncs your Raido roster automatically. Sign in once; the app keeps
your flights and sims up to date in the background as new pairings
drop. Your Raido credentials never leave your phone — they live in
the iOS Keychain and are sent only to Navblue directly.

• Exports a signed EASA Part-FCL or UK CAA CAP 758 logbook PDF — with
a certification cover page, your stored signature on every page, and
a Grand Total row. Hand it to your accountant or to a new airline
on day one.

• Tracks your 90-day landing recency. If your roster won't sustain
three landings by the cutoff, you get a warning on the Dashboard
with the specific date the currency lapses.

• Calculates UK tax days. HMRC RDR3-compliant counting: workdays in
the UK, percentage by tax year, AOC distribution split between
Maersk Air Cargo and any wet-lease operator on your roster.

• Runs FTL pre-checks. Full CS-FTL.1 implementation — acclimatisation
state machine, augmented-crew bunk extensions, night-duty sector
caps, disruptive stacking. Shows the rule reasoning bullets so you
can see why a duty is being flagged, not just that it is.

• Reminds you of expiring qualifications. Medical, line check, OPC,
every type rating — 90 / 30 / 7 day notifications, all stored
locally.

• Lock-screen widget and Live Activity for the next flight. Wake-up
alarm helper for night reports. (Critical Alerts coming when Apple
approves the entitlement.)

WHAT IT ISN'T

• Not a certified logbook system. Authorities don't certify mobile
apps, and Starlog is no exception. The PDF is the signed record
you submit; the in-app database is your working copy.

• Not regulatory advice. The FTL pre-checker is a sanity-check tool,
not a scheduling system. Always cross-check against your OM-A.

• Not a tax adviser. The UK tax tools are best-effort estimates
against HMRC RDR3 / EIM. Talk to a real accountant before you file.

PRICING

• Starlog is free for manual flight, simulator, and ground-duty
logging, kept on your device.

• Starlog Pro (€9.99 / month or €99 / year, with a 14-day free trial)
unlocks automatic Raido roster sync, the FTL pre-checker, the UK &
Danish tax tools, and the signed EASA / UK CAA logbook PDFs.

• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before
the end of the current period. Manage in Settings → Apple ID →
Subscriptions.

PRIVACY

• Your flights live on your device only. We never see them.
• The only data on our servers is your email + subscription status.
