This app is the digital home for the Dance Again Community, a place that makes it easy for adults to start dancing again, whether it's been decades or days.

With the challenges that come with adulting, it can be hard to prioritize the things that bring us joy, especially as intimidation and self-consciousness arise as our bodies change and we age. Instead of trying to fit yourself into the mold of what dance once was for you (or what you wished it could have been) join Dance Again, a space where you can welcome dance back into YOUR life on YOUR terms.

+ simple and accessible ways to return to dance, making it part of your routine and allowing you to feel like a dancer again – even if you can’t make it to a live class

+ a community that emphasizes self-expression over technique or fitness with openness to all bodies and dance styles, in a low-pressure, non-competitive environment

+ your confidence, joy, and creativity as you start moving and expressing yourself while being surrounded by and connected to like minded people
