Memberssistant helps residence personnel respond to incidents more effectively.

Security personnel can manage security-related activities, while medical responders can assist with emergency medical requests. The platform is designed to improve communication between students and authorised responders when urgent assistance is required.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Students can report maintenance-related issues and allow authorised maintenance attendants to manage and respond to service requests.

This creates a more organised process for reporting, tracking and resolving residence maintenance problems.

LANDLORD & RESIDENCE MANAGEMENT

Landlords and authorised residence personnel can access relevant residence information and manage services associated with their properties and residents.

ADMINISTRATION

Administrative functions are managed through the Memberssistant web application, providing authorised administrators with a centralised environment for overseeing residence operations, users, requests, incidents and other system activities.
