Siri shortcuts can quickly complete various tasks in conjunction with apps. You just need to tap once, or let Siri do it for you. The Shortcuts app can create personalized shortcuts with multiple steps for your favorite apps. You can start with hundreds of examples in the Shortcuts Gallery, or create your own shortcuts by dragging and dropping.

There are over 300 built-in actions in Shortcuts that can work with many of your favorite apps, including Contacts, Calendar, Maps, Music, Photos, Camera, Reminders, Safari, and Health, as well as any app that supports Siri shortcuts.

With the Shortcuts app, you can:

* Direct Siri to get directions home, send an estimated arrival time, and start listening to the news

* Add a home screen icon to call someone

* Make an animated GIF

* Create a PDF from Safari or any app with a share sheet

* Tap once to get directions to the nearest coffee shop

* Tweet the song you're listening to

* Send a message with the latest screenshot you took

Shortcuts can be launched from the Today widget or Search, or by having Siri launch them. You can even add app icons for your favorite shortcuts to the home screen.
