Lepo estimates how recovered you are today, and shows why. It uses data your Apple Watch or another compatible wearable writes to Apple Health, so it works on the watch you already own.
Heart, sleep and activity signals become three scores: Readiness and Sleep each morning, Energy through the day. Scoring is deterministic and runs on your device, with no AI layer or account.
THREE SCORES
Readiness estimates how recovered you are, from your heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, last night's sleep and recent activity.
Sleep scores the night itself: duration, stages, interruptions, efficiency, how far your heart rate dropped overnight and how consistent your bedtime was.
Energy starts the day at your Readiness and follows you through it, draining with exertion and recovering with rest.
WHY THIS SCORE
Open any score and Lepo lists every signal that shaped it, with its measurement and the direction it pushed. Every row and its measurement is free.
MEASURED AGAINST YOU
Readiness compares your heart signals to your recent history. With little history, it uses population averages and says so. It shows roughly how many days until your baseline is established, usually after three weeks of data.
If HRV or resting heart rate isn't useful for your readiness estimate, you can exclude either in Settings. Readiness uses the remaining inputs and says so.
ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN
A watchOS app, watch face complications and an iPhone Home Screen widget put the score where you already look. Every complication is free: the Health Graph, the rings, and your Readiness, Sleep and Energy scores. The Health Graph shows up to seven days.
USEFUL FROM THE FIRST MORNING
Lepo reads up to 30 days of history from Apple Health, so if your watch has been recording, your first score is a real one.
PRIVACY
Lepo reads from Apple Health and never writes to it. Scoring runs on your device. On its own, Lepo does not send your scores, sleep duration or heart-rate readings. It does send usage, purchase and crash events under a random ID generated on each device. You can switch those off in Settings on each device. A diagnostics report you choose to send includes your baseline averages. It leaves your iPhone only if you choose to send or save it.
WHAT YOU NEED
Any Apple Watch that runs watchOS 26 (Series 6 and later, SE from the 2nd generation, or any Ultra), paired with an iPhone on iOS 26 and worn overnight. No new hardware is needed. Other wearables work too if they write overnight heart and sleep data to Apple Health. Lepo uses whichever supported signals arrive, so fewer signals mean fewer inputs to Readiness. Without overnight data Lepo shows "--" rather than a guess.
LEPO PRO
Free includes all three daily scores, the seven-day graph, every signal behind a score with its measurement, every complication, the morning notification, three graph themes including Aurora, and light or dark appearance on iPhone. None of it needs a trial.
Pro adds:
- How much each signal moved Readiness and Sleep, in points, against your baseline, ranked by impact
- Strain, workout and nap markers on the graph, and sleep-window shading
- The sleep bank: 14 nights against your personal sleep need
- 30 days of history on iPhone instead of 7
- Five more graph themes
- An evening summary
